“I cannot do it”, “I am not meant for it”, “I do not deserve this”, “I am not that lucky” or “I am not good enough to do this”. There are a lot of things that we believe to be true about ourselves and our skills. You might not be good enough to do something, but you are always good enough to accomplish something.
There is only one thing that comes between your goals and you, and that is your mindset. It starts in your head, your brain is not tuned to do things that are out of your comfort zone, your brain wants to protect you from doing unknown things. No matter how much you try, your brain will fool you into believing that you are not good enough. If you have not done it before doesn’t mean that you are not capable of doing it, it is just you need to start with believing that you can do it.
You need to change your mindset to a more positive outlook. Instead of having those limiting beliefs focus on what you can learn to grow.Mindset is what defines your success and the level of your success defines who you are. Stick with it
You are always smart enough to accomplish anything if you just try a little extra and just persist with it a little bit more. Persistence is one of the keys to success and having a stronger self-belief and positive mindset can eliminate all those limiting beliefs you have about yourself that tell you to give up. Giving up is easy, and most would choose this over persevering to reach the goal.
But it’s just a matter of time, you have come this far and this very moment will never happen again, maybe the goal is just around the corner, just a few more steps away. Keep walking, who knows the next step is the destination and your life will never be the same again.
